7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.

The estimated overall delivery TAT (Turnaround Time) is 4–9 business days, depending on the delivery location.

8. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order is dispatched, subject to our cancellation process.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Where an order is cancelled after confirmation, any applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund/Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Jaipur Libas will not impose a cancellation charge on a customer in circumstances where applicable law prohibits such a charge.
